Delete your account
Last updated: November 3, 2026.
This page is about the ConnectedMe2 app, published by Elysio Manuel Martins.
From the app
- Open ConnectedMe2 and go to Profile.
- Open Settings, then tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] with your username. We check that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account. We reply within one month.
What is erased
- Your profile, settings, stories and profile photos, along with their copies at our service providers. The files go shortly after deletion, through an automatic task.
- Your group messages, your karma, your game results and your trophies.
- Your device's notification token and your record at our subscription provider.
- Your unused boosts, which are lost.
What remains, and for how long
- Your private conversations: the person you talked to keeps them read-only, with what you sent, under the name "Deleted account", with no link to your account. They are erased when that person deletes them or deletes their account, and after one year at the latest.
- Reports and reported items: for as long as moderation and our legal obligations require, one year at most, unless legal proceedings are under way.
- The irreversible fingerprint of your sign-in identifier, if you used referrals: so that an invitation only works once.
- Your purchases: for as long as our accounting obligations require.
- Technical logs: a few days.
Your subscription
Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your ConnectedMe2+ subscription. Cancel it first in your Google Play subscriptions, or in your Apple account settings if you subscribed on iPhone.
